1. Data Collection
We collect data that you voluntarily provide during registration and use of the platform: email address, first name, last name, phone number, listing photos, and messages. When you visit the site, we automatically collect your IP address and location data to personalize content.
2. Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this data solely to create and maintain your account on KupiProdaj.me. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other data. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. Use of Data
Your data is used to: create and manage your account, display your listings, enable communication with other users, send notifications about messages and listing status, geolocate you to show relevant listings, and improve user experience.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers in Europe. Listing photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 service. Data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your personal data is removed within 30 days.
5. Third Parties
We use the following third-party services: Cloudflare (image hosting and CDN), Resend (email notifications), Twilio (phone SMS verification), Google OAuth (sign in with Google), ip-api.com (IP geolocation). These services process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your name, phone number, and listing details are visible to other platform users. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose data only when required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data in your profile settings, correct or update your data, delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected], request a copy of your data.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: authentication cookie (kupiprodaj-token) to maintain your session, location cookie (countryId), and local storage for language and theme preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Children
KupiProdaj.me is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site.
