By using the KupiProdaj.me platform, you accept these terms of use. The platform is used for posting free classifieds across the Balkans. The platform is owned by DOO TELETEH.
2. Registration and Account
To post a listing or contact sellers, you must register with a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the security of your account. One user may have only one account.
3. Posting Rules
• Posting illegal content is prohibited • Ads must be accurate and current • One person = one ad for the same product • Using the platform for spam is prohibited • Photos must depict the actual item being listed • Contact information in ad descriptions is prohibited — use the designated fields
4. Prohibited Activities
The following is prohibited: automated data scraping, fraud against other users, harassment or threats, posting other people's personal data, using fake identities, and any activity that violates the laws of Montenegro.
5. Limitation of Liability
KupiProdaj.me is not an intermediary in transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of ads. Users are fully responsible for their transactions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
6. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove ads that violate the terms of use without prior notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate the rules may be permanently blocked.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of Montenegro. The courts of Podgorica have jurisdiction over disputes.
